Where can I have my items delivered to ?
We deliver to any address of your choice. You can choose to have your items delivered wherever you want: to your home, your workplace, holiday destination, a friend’s home or a collection point. Whatever your wishes or restrictions regarding delivery, TEEbooks implements delivery services that can meet your expectations.
For deliveries to England, Scotland and Wales, Republic of Ireland we keep the same delivery options.
What are the fees and time frames ?
During each order, we show you the time frame in which your item will be delivered as well as the shipping costs.

UK Shipping and customs charge
For shipments to the United Kingdom, all orders are inclusive of VAT. You will receive your orders TAX and duty paid. If you need any additional information, please feel free to contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.

If delivery fails, the carrier will drop off your parcel at the nearest relay point. You will be informed of the address by email or by a notice that the driver will leave in your letterbox. You will have 10 calendar days to collect your package before it is returned to our warehouse.
What are the time frames and conditions for a delivery ?
The products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated in 5 to 7 working days from the moment when TEEbooks accepts the order. Orders placed before midday are prepared on the same day, if the articles ordered are available. Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday are processed on the following Monday.
Which carrier will deliver to me ?
TEEbooks implements delivery services that can meet your expectations. We work with the best parcel delivery providers. You are offered a choice of carrier during the Delivery stage when confirming your order. Choose the one that suits you the best! A tracking number will be sent to you by email so that you can track your package on the selected carrier’s website.
What should I do if I have not received my order ?
- Log on to your customer account and select the “My orders” section to check the status of your order.
- Check the dispatch confirmation email that you received, in order to obtain your package number and follow the delivery on the website.

How do I send my order back ?
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must send TEEbooks an email to that effect, within 14 days, to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you wish to withdraw your order, the products must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery, to the following address : EDIMA, 85 bis Boulevard Louis Delfino, 06300 Nice - France.
How should I wrap the products being returned properly ?
The products must be returned in the original packaging (respecting the initial arrangement of the shelves), and if possible, additional protection should be added to avoid them touching each other during transport. They should be in perfect condition for resale. Any product that is returned incomplete, used, spoiled, washed, damaged or dirty, even partially, will not be reimbursed or exchanged.
We recommend keeping proof of the return to facilitate procedures if a problem arises during transport.
What are the time frames and methods of reimbursement ?
TEEbooks will see to it that customers are fully reimbursed for the amount already paid within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, by using the same payment method as that used by the customer in the initial transaction.
What do I do if I receive a damaged product ?
Despite all our efforts to offer you high-quality products, we are not immune to some faults or other inconveniences on exceptional occasions during manufacturing or during transport, and we are sorry for this. In this case, please contact our customer service department at email@example.com and we will quickly organise a new shipment.
